Our Greenleaf Booster Association has partnered with School Tool Box again this year to simplify your school supply shopping for the 2025-26 school year. Individual student boxes are ordered based on grade level lists and include the exact colors, quantities and brands that our Greenleaf teachers are requesting. The boxes are delivered to Greenleaf in time for the start of the school year. There will be a flyer with a QR code coming home in your child’s Friday folder. The deadline to order is July 6, 2025.

Here's how to place an order:

•Go online to https://www.schooltoolbox.com/school-supplies/school/list-boxes/?schoolId=51245

•Choose the student's 2025-2026 grade level.

•Incoming Kindergartener orders are welcome too!

•Interested in donating a Box to a student in need: Choose 'Green' and 'Leaf' in the First and Last Name section of the order fields.

How do I change my phone or email address in Campus Parent?

Parents/Guardians have the ability to update their email and/or phone numbers through Campus Parent.

Note - A Campus Parent account must be set up in order to make these changes.

To modify this information follow the steps below.

Navigate to the District 196 website www.district196.org
Hover your mouse over Community and then click on Infinite Campus.

Scroll down to Family Access and click on Infinite Campus and then Infinite Campus LOGIN.
- Note - If you have not set up your Campus Parent (portal) account, you will need to contact your child’s school for more information.

Click on Campus Parent and then log in with your Parent Username and Password. Click Log In.

Once logged in, click on the 3 lines and then click on More.

Click on Family Information to pull up the members of the Household.

Find the Parent/Guardian in the list and click Update to change their email or phone number.

Change any applicable information and then click on Update to save the information. A SUCCESS message will pop up saying that the contact information was successfully updated.

1. Sign in

Sign in using the contact information (email or phone number) you use for your school; it must match our records to connect you to your student. Verify your contact information, your child(s) names and school(s).

2. Download the App

The ParentSquare app is an easy way to keep all of your school-related information one location (email, text, or voice messages). Download in the App Store or Google Play.

3. Set Notification Preferences

Under your account name, set notification preferences:
Instant–Get messages as they’re sent
Digest–One daily summary at 6 p.m.
Off–No notification (not recommended)

Emergency alerts are sent instantly.

Educational Benefits

Families are encouraged to apply for Educational Benefits

Families are encouraged to complete an Educational Benefits Application. Your children may qualify! Applications for the 2024-25 school year are available beginning July 15th.

While meals are free for all students, all families are highly encouraged to complete an Application for Educational Benefits. Your approved application provides critical funding to our school district. This compensatory aid helps increase funding for teachers, paraprofessionals and social workers to include math and reading support. An approval for educational benefits also allows families to receive discounted Activities/Community Education fees. Learn more about the Educational Benefits Program >

Student iPad User Agreement and Optional iPad Protection Plan

The student iPad user agreement is part of the annual review process in Infinite Campus. The optional iPad Protection Plan is available for families to purchase in EduTrak Connect.
